Each meal is freshly made without preservatives, designed to last 4-7 days. Many dishes, aside from salads and select breakfasts, are freezer-friendly—making it easy to store extra meals.
You can order for multiple people in one transaction to reduce delivery costs and minimize packaging. However, if items need to go to separate addresses, please place individual orders with correct delivery codes, as each address will require its own delivery fee.
Our food is delivered in temperature-controlled, insulated bags or boxes, ensuring it stays fresh. You don’t need to be present for delivery; we’ll leave it in a safe spot you specify.
If you live in a secured apartment or complex, please provide any necessary entry codes to allow our driver to access your drop-off location. For deliveries to a workplace, ensure there’s access and someone available to receive it.
Include any specific instructions in the “Comments” section at checkout to help us ensure smooth delivery.
Our meals are thoughtfully packaged in recyclable plastic trays suitable for both the oven and microwave, with fully recyclable sleeves. Cooler bags contain reusable ice packs, and boxes are made from recyclable polystyrene (EPS), though some recycling centers may not accept this material.
All our dishes are freshly prepared without additives or preservatives, so we recommend ordering for up to 5 days at a time, with a maximum of 3 salads. However, most meals freeze and defrost well, so feel free to order extra if you want to stock up for later use.
If you need to update your delivery address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to adjust the delivery location, though this may not always be feasible.
For a convenient solution, place all items in a single order to save on delivery costs and reduce packaging. If sending to different addresses, please place separate orders, as each address will have its own delivery fee.
We dispatch orders three days a week: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Deliveries within the Leinster Area and most of East Munster will be delivered same day with next day delivery (Mon/Wed/Fri) to the rest of Ireland. Please see our map for your area.
We aim to deliver your meals as efficiently as possible, though exact times may vary due to traffic and delivery volume. You don’t need to be home as meals are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to stay cool. Just provide a safe drop-off location and ensure your Eircode is correct.
