At Eat with Gourmet, we strive to provide the best service and a seamless experience for all our
clients. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure that any cancellations or changes are handled fairly and professionally. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice
To cancel your order without incurring additional charges, we require at least 7 days’ notice
prior to the event date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund, minus
any administrative fees.
2. Late Cancellations (Within 7 Days of Event)
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date, a 50% cancellation fee will
apply. This fee is based on the total value of your meal deal or event package. We will refund
50% of your payment after deducting this fee.
3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Event
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event date, unfortunately, no refund will be
issued. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event, if necessary, subject
to availability.
4. Changes to Order
If you need to make changes to your order (such as adjusting the number of guests or modifying
menu items), please notify us as soon as possible. Any changes made within 7 days of the
event may incur additional fees based on the extent of the changes.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within **7-10 business days** of the cancellation notice. Payments
will be refunded using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
